Genesis Preservation is searching for vendors with nearly a year of experience in the Property Preservation Industry. We need vendors that are familiar with and can perform the following types of projects:

Grass Cuts	Property Securing	Carpet Replacement	Painting
Window Replacement	Plumbing	Appliance Installation/Removal	Landscaping
Electrical Repairs	Carpet Cleaning	Roofing	Carpentry
Flooring	Debris Removal	Pest Extermination	Winterization

Vendors are required to have a computer, camera, and motor vehicle of their own that can perform the work above. Camera must be able to take date & time stamped photos. We require our contractors to complete an initial property secure within 24 hours Compensation.
